Yes. The price on each card and in the booking card is the total for your dates, with taxes and fees included. Promotions and promo codes appear as separate lines before you pay.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Every hotel shows its cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate or Strict) before you reserve. The refund you get follows the policy saved with your booking, even if the hotel changes it later. To change dates, cancel within the free period and book again.
How long is a room held for me?
15 minutes from the moment you click Reserve. A countdown is shown on the checkout page. If it runs out, the room returns to the pool.
What if I pay after the hold expired?
If the room is gone, we refund the full amount. You will see the status on the payment result page and in your notifications.
How do I know a hotel is verified?
Hotels are reviewed by our team before they appear in search, and only guests who completed a stay can leave a review.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Domestic cards and e-wallets through our payment partners. Card details are entered on the gateway page, never on EasyStay.
